Invite – RSVP Contact Form

Scroll down the page for detailed instructions

1. Download Contact Form 7 from suggested plugins dialog box
   
2. Install Plugin
   
3. Click Activate Plugin
   
4. Click on Contact => Add New
   
5. Fill out the RSVP form as you would like it to appear to your users
   
6. Click Save
   
7. Copy the Shortcode listed above the form field area
   
8. Go to Appearance => Widgets
   
   
9. Select the Text content widget and drag to the Contact Form widget area
   
10. Paste the shortcode in the text widget area and save the widget
    
11. Go to Appearance => Customize
    
12. Go to Home Page Options => Contact Form
    
    
    
13. Edit any color options
