Personal – Contact Form

Scroll down the page for detailed instructions

1. Download Contact Form 7 from suggested plugins dialog box
   
2. Install Plugin
   
3. Click Activate Plugin
   
4. Click on Contact => Add New
   
5. Fill out the Contact Form as you would like it to appear to your users
   
6. Click Save
   
7. Go to Pages => Add New
   
   
8. Copy shortcode from contact form and post in text area
   
9. Press Publish
