Rise – Projects (Gallery Post Format)

Scroll down the page for detailed instructions

1. Go to Posts => Add New
   
   
2. Enter title of the Project
3. Enter description of project as body text
4. Add project photo as Featured Image
   
   
5. Under Format, select the Gallery option
   
6. Click Publish
   
   
7. Repeat steps to add additional Projects

Add MT – Rise Projects Widget

1. Go to Appearance => Widgets
   
   
2. Drag or assign the MT – Rise Projects  widget to the appropriate home page widget area
   
3. Populate the appropriate detail fields with Title, Excerpt, number to display, number of columns, and button details.
   
4. Go to Appearance => Customize
   
   
5. Go to Rise Post Format Options => Projects
   
   
6. Customize the project options
   
7. Go to Home Page Options => Home Widget Area
   
   
   
8. Customize the settings for the widget area
   
9. Press Save & Publish

Project Archive Page

1. Go to Pages => Add New
   
   
2. Create a page and set it to the Page – Projects or Page – Projects (Fullwidth) template
   
3. Create page content if desired
4. Press Publish
   
   
5. Go to Appearance => Customize
   
   
6. Go to Rise Post Format Options => Post Format Archive Options
   
   
7. Set the columns of the Project page and if the content will be Above or Below
   
8. Press Save & Publish
   
   

Project Options

1. Go to Appearance => Customize
   
   
2. Go to Rise Post Format Options => Projects
   
   
3. Customize the project options
   
4. Go to Home Page Options => Home Widget Area
   
   
   
5. Customize the settings for the widget area
   
6. Press Save & Publish
