Free With Every Purchase
Priority Support
All users who purchase a Pro or Premium theme, and users who purchase support options for their free theme can access the Community Support Forums through their My Account page. Support issues will always be answered within 48-72 hours. Some things to remember:
- 1) Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme.
- 2) Providing a screenshot or link to the page is extremely helpful
- 3) Try deactivating plugins as sometimes themes and plugins can conflict with each other.
- 4) Make sure to cover all issues that you are aware of in a single forum post.
- 5) Support covers minor customizations or alterations at the discretion of the support team. If you require major modifications, then you should consider contracting a developer for your site.

Although we do offer free themes, we are unable to offer free direct support for our members who choose to use them. This is why we are now offering the following support options at prices we feel are incredibly reasonable.

Our Support Policy
Basic support is defined as responding to general theme questions, minor technical support, and basic hands on support through login if necessary.
Priority support is included with each premium theme and pro theme upgrade. Priority Support is defined as receiving faster support responses, hands on support through site login if the theme is broken or has bugs. If you require major modifications, then you should consider contracting a developer for your site.
Theme installation and setup requires you to have a domain, hosting provider, and running version of WordPress already setup. We do not support third party plugins or ensure that every one works properly with our themes.
We won’t provide support that requires us to view websites with questionable content including, but is not limited to, pornography, prostitution, racist content, possible scams, etc. We reserve the right to refuse support if a member is abusive or in violation of our terms and conditions.
All support issues will be answered within 24-48 hours.
